If your toilet has been replaced under previous programs or if your home was built after 1992 you will not qualify. Toilets that qualify must have been installed prior to 1992 and flush 3.5 gallons per flush or more. Most toilets have date stamp on the back of the tank or the lid.

Santa Rosa Plumbing will remove and recycle your old toilet. We will provide and install a new Gerber HET toilet. For a moderate cost. Santa Rosa Plumbing will also be offering for longer or higher bowls for additional product lines on the qualified HET list. Contact Steve for pricing details
